← PAULO RAFAEL T.LIFECYCLE STRATEGY / FLOW LABFICTIONAL PORTFOLIO SIMULATIONS

THINK BEYOND THE NEXT SEND

Good emails.
Better journeys.

Five lifecycle simulations based on Klaviyo’s official setup guides. Explore the strategy, read every email, and test what happens when a customer takes the next step.

5 journeys · 13 email concepts · 3 fictional brands
Portfolio concepts, using fictional brands and sample customers. Timing and offers are illustrative. This is an interactive demonstration, with no connected Klaviyo account, live tracking or email sending.

ILLUSTRATIVE TIMING

The journey

Sample profiles control the simulation; email artwork stays illustrative.

Advanced settings

16 hours is the email default; this setting is configurable. A skipped message is not automatically rescheduled. The example exemption applies only to the first Welcome offer.

Steps are simulated instantly; no real waits or messages.

    RECIPIENT COHORT

      Exact eligibility checks

Proposed rules for this concept. Platform event names and payloads must match the actual integration.

        Test a sample profile

These are invented profiles. Nothing is read from an account or audience.

        Audience branches

        CTA destinations by message

A metric-trigger filter checks the triggering event at entry. Profile filters are rechecked before later actions/sends: a failed action is skipped, not necessarily a literal immediate removal from the canvas. “Handoff” here describes another journey qualifying independently through its own event. Timing windows and thresholds on this page are proposed examples.

        THE THINKING BEHIND THE FLOW

        Right message.

          TEST HYPOTHESIS

Use Click Rate as the native flow-email test winner metric; Open Rate is also available but affected by privacy opens. Track orders and revenue as separate business outcomes. These are hypotheses, with no claimed results.

          BEFORE A REAL LAUNCH

These are browser-based portfolio previews, not ready-to-import Klaviyo templates. Bind real event payloads, per-recipient links and coupons; validate consent, filters and email-client rendering in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. WebP, SVG and browser layouts here do not establish inbox compatibility.

          Reference notes · Klaviyo documentation

The flow logic references official documentation. Message copy, timing, segment thresholds, products and offers are illustrative design choices for this portfolio.
